Naturally the standards of education and training required are demanding, and it is extremely important that engineering education keeps pace with advances being made.
RIET acts as a catalyst in projecting the students who shall act as agent of change in the society & to provide the possible education facilities for training for bright careers in Engg. & Technology.
In order it emphasizes on value based education through multi grade modern teaching methodologies and techniques. RIET has been also established to meet the ever growing demand for trained professional manpower for industries and also serve as a training ground for children of this region in the engg.profession.
(II).About Society
Institute of Engineering & Technology Education Society was established in 1992. The society is non-profit-making, Education body managed by professionals from various walk of life. The society is headed by Shri R. P. Singh, an engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee. The society is in the filed of education from last 16 years.
The society is recognized in the academic world for its progressive approach and commitment to excellence. Centralized policies, decentralized administration, well designed institutional programme & flexible management systems are the basic of its unique identity and is commited to impart international level education to its students.

The choice of an educational institution can often be one of the most important decision in life. At RIET, the pursuit of excellence in education lies at the heart of our institutional mission. In line with our vision, we are committed to providing a wide range of technical and professional courses.
RIET was established in 1992, with over 15 years of experience in the field of education, we are well aware of the requirements of a world-class education. We are therefore deeply committed to our objective of providing education conforming to International standards. This is reflected in our emphasis on ensuring for our students an industry-related education, state-of-the-art educational facilities, access to the latest technologies and an environment conducive to training. Our faculty, which comprises both full time as well as guest lecturers, is of the highest caliber and vastly experienced and highly qualified.
Since we believe strongly in the all round development of the individual, we also facilitate a wide range of extra-curricular activities for students. Last but not the least, we offer safe, comfortable and dully-furnished home-stay accommodation for foreign and outstation students.

RIET was founded by a great visionary, to produce high quality managers for the Indian context. The Institute has, indeed, fulfilled this objective in an able manner during the last 16 years. Thanks to the economic reforms unleashed by the successive governments during the last decade, and the onset of globalization, we have a new challenge. That is, we have to produce managers who can operate efficiently across the Globe, who can excel in a multicultural environment, and who can negotiate confidently across cultures.
Further, we have to benchmark ourselves on a global scale with the best management education institutions, and become the institution-of-choice for the best students from the most advanced countries in the world.

The library is committed to offer rapid response with greater flexibility to meet the needs of a growing student and faculty community.
The library ensures that students not only have their relevant course books, journals and reference books, but also have reading material that increases their knowledge for an over-all development of their personality. The library has a collection of over 18,000 titles of books and 60 international and reputed Indian Journals. the library also prides itself with a rich collection of all prominent magazines in the area of business as well as general awareness. The institute proposes to have DELNET, which provides ready access to libraries of leading Institutions providing access to students to most moderns engineering, scientific and other subjects.
