Founded in the year 2002, SRGI is both large in size and reputation. We have demonstrated impressive performance on account of almost all parameters. Placement and employability are key focus in our training process.
Key factors in our growth have been superior quality students’ intake, high quality career and placement, technology drivers and culture. At SRGI, perspective on learning is different. As an institute we recognize that professional education is about thinking and doing. An important element of our learning is how you learn to drive yourself and deliver .
In addition to giving conventional inputs, we try to develop the mindset and attitudes that are required in today’s business environment. SRGI-a unique benchmark in itself; since the very beginning, the flagship was retained in the hands of trained & experienced management & faculty. The group is a yardstick in the educational area of U.P. which others have followed.
Past 11 years, campus charter, indicates a flood of academic, cultural & sports activities. Some landmarks achieved by SRGI include the concept of promoting research work, vision & realization of holding campus placement activity for students, Collaboration of the Group with leading companies for the post-placement training activities, run for the NBA.
The Institutes are assuring quality in every sphere and are given credit that is due, for some clearly visible strategies. Moreover, Institutes' objectives have been honestly pursued and effectiveness has been achieved by the resources currently available.

Education releases us from preconditioning and opens new values for thoughts.
The biggest challenge for this generation is to manage knowledge. Indian traditions are very rich in the field of education. The legacy of the Guru and blessings of Saraswati have always been inspiration for Indian education to grow continuously. That explains to a large extent, our faith in education system.
The present day, education as a service provider and the post globalization corporate world as the potential absorber of those professionally trained young people are chasing each other. Obviously ideal match making in this race is becoming more and more difficult.
We at SRGI have a vision that our students should develop as complete personalities who can handle any situation with a lot of courage, confidence and valour.
I welcome the new batch of students joining this institute in the field of engineering MBA, MCA, Pharmacy & all disciplines.

Placements
Training & Placement Cell
Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of the institute. The institute has provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the students for the campus selection programmes. The cell keeps on inviting various industries and reputed firms for campus recruitment. It modules the engineering & management grades to young corporals. The cell is sensitized to function all through the year towards generating placement and training opportunities for the students.
Reputed industrial houses across the country visit our institute regularly for the campus recruitment programmes. The cell maintains a very cordial relationship with all the recruiting industries and also prepares the recruited candidates to face the competitive world.
Screening Test – Placements
The students of final year are expected to participate in a Placement Orientation Programme and only those students, who fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down are permitted to participate in the Campus Recruitment Programme (CRP). The eligibility criteria are declared well in advance and the students are meticulously guided in the Placement Orientation Programmes, which includes Mentoring for the students.
