(I).About Sachdeva Institute of Technology
SIT has been set-up under the aegis of St. Joan's Education Society and has been recognised by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. St. Joan's Education Society is an ALL INDIA LEVEL registered society (Regd. No. S/12318 dt. 30-01-1982) with its head office in New Delhi. The society was established in 1982 and the promoters (SNPTC) have a long experience of 70 years of running educational colleges / institutions spread over various states of India. The teaching centres have imparted coaching to lakhs of students in various competitive and academic examinations with selection into prominent sectors and organisations. Sachdeva's New P. T. College has been acknowledged as the "LARGEST COACHING INSTITUTE" in the LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS.
Our institute is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow and has been ranked 6th amongst Uttar Pradesh colleges for MBA course

Each campus at SIT is like a social dwelling in its own where you'll find everything you need and with distinct department for placement purpose it is assured that everyone gets a placement. SIT is centrally situated on National Highway No. 2 between Agra (The city of Taj) and Mathura (The birth place of Lord Krishna). Being close to Mc Donald, near the Highway plaza, Agra and Mathura, SIT makes a hotspot among the students.
(II).About the Society
St. Joan's Education Society (All India) has derived its aspiration from St. Joan of Arc who loved freedom more than her life and sacrificed her life for the noble purpose of serving her country. The society is dedicated toward spreading the light of education and instilling the same values to serve the nation.
The society is an all India level registered society (Regd. under Societies Act vide Regd. No. S/12318 dated 30. 01. 82), with head office at New Delhi.
The Society was established in 1982 and the promoters of the society have a 70 year long experience of running educational institutions on a sound footing.

Science and Technology are considered supreme in the changing Scenario, as they govern, shape and influence every aspect of our life. The Quest for achieving higher learning is growing and education serves a critical function in career building.
The object of learning is to prepare the young students to educate themselves throughout their lives.There is no doubt that the number of institutions is growing rapidly but there is dearth of quality education. We at Sachdeva Institute of Technology make constant endeavours to teach the budding professionals through innovative ideas. With the advancement in technology, employers in lndia and abroad are looking for qualified professionals for executing projects in private and public sectors.
The aim of Sachdeva lnstitute of Technology is to impart comprehensive Knowledge and practical skills which are required in service sectors and industries. Science and technology have become a way of life and have enormous potential for leading lndia's march towards becoming a developed Nation.

(V).Support Facilities
1. Hostel Facility: (Comfortable Stay):
The SIT campus has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel is well-equipped with all the modern facilities. The serene surroundings around the hostel give a feeling of home away from home.
2. Medical Centre:
Institute has appointed well qualified and experienced Doctors to take care of health problems of students and teachers round the clock
3. Transportation and Conveyance:
The institute has adequate transport facilities for the day scholars coming from Agra and Mathura. On weekends the hostellers are also taken out for visits to nearby places of interest and shopping.
4. Banking Services:
The institute takes care of the banking needs of the students, by helping them in getting their accounts opened in the nearby bank. The institute also intends to provide on-campus banking facilities to the students and other staff members in the near future.
5. Railway Concession:
The Government has extended the facility of Railway concession to the students of the institution. It is supervised by the administrative office in-charge.
6. The Mess and the Canteen:
Each hostel block has a separate mess facility. The mess is spacious for accommodating students comfortably. The mess is monitored by the committee of students headed by hostel superintendent and warden. Hostelers, Day-Scholars, Staff-Members and guests can avail of canteen facilities from 8. 00 am to 6 p. m. every day.
